Wild Garlic Pesto

Go on a family foraging adventure to pick wild garlic for this delicious seasonal dip. Stir through fresh pasta or serve on slices of crostini as a moreish summertime canapé.

  • 1 large bunch of wild garlic (washed)
  • 1 small bunch of curly parsley (washed)
  •  60g pine nuts (toasted)
  •  60g parmesan
  • 150ml hillfarm rapeseed oil
  •  Dash of lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper



1. Place all the ingredients apart from the oil into a food processor.

2. Blitz for a minute or two, then slowly pour in the oil until blended.

3. Serve with pasta, mashed potato, as a dip or spread on top of crostini.
