Smoky Sweet Potato Wedges

These smoky wedges are the perfect, healthy alternative to chips. Packed full of beta-carotene and Omega 3 from our cold pressed rapeseed oil, this is a great sharing dish served alongside hillfarm mayonnaise.

  1. Peel and slice sweet potatoes into wedges
  2. Toss the wedges with the rapeseed oil before sprinkling with smoked paprika, making sure they’re coated evenly
  3. Heat a baking tray in the oven at 180°C
  4. Tip the wedges onto the hot tray, turning to seal the outer edges before cooking in the oven until golden and crisp, about 20 minutes
