Yoghurt and garlic dressing

This one-step dressing is perfect for impromptu summer barbecues and picnics. Serve drizzled over a wholesome salad or bruschetta, or use as a nutritious dip for breadsticks, crunchy celery and carrots.

  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 1 small clove of garlic, crushed
  • 25ml hillfarm cold pressed rapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon English mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot horseradish sauce


  1. Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Store in the fridge or serve immediately.
