From the moment Sam and Clare first experimented with cold pressing their oilseed rape and bottling the naturally healthy oil, making a success of their idea has involved the whole family.
Three Generations of Farming & Pressing Oil
Hillfarm Oil was launched at the 2004 Suffolk Show, with every bottle lovingly hand-filled and sealed by Sam and Clare. Children Lottie and Harry soon became familiar faces at the shows and events they attended to demonstrate their new oil’s culinary versatility.
