Shipping policy
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.
Orders placed after 12pm (noon) GMT will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 for all orders below the free shipping threshold.
Standard Shipping is 2-3 business days.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 24 hours before contacting us, as couriers may experience occasional delays.
Hillfarm Oils is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.
