Tired of having to buy countless bottles of oil to cook with, without knowing where they originated, or whether they were good for the family, we began cold-pressing and bottling our rapeseed oil from the farm, where three generations of the Fairs family have farmed. Since then, their popularity have grown - winning us Great Taste awards, and mentions in The Telegraph, The Grocer, Tesco, and others.
We have come a long way since every bottle was lovingly hand-filled and sealed by Sam and Clare - we now have an amazing team supporting us on the farm! But every bottle is created with the same care before it is sent to you.
