Beef Stir Fry with Asparagus, Mange Tout & Pak Choi

Ingredients

  • 150g beef fillet, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 20ml soy sauce
  • 20ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp soft brown sugar
  • 1 small red chilli, chopped
  • 100g asparagus, finely sliced
  • 100g mange tout, sliced
  • 100g pak choi, sliced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Mix 1 tbsp oil, soy sauce, wine, honey, ginger, garlic, chilli, and sugar. Marinate beef in the fridge for 10-60 mins.

  2. Heat remaining oil in a wok or frying pan. Fry beef and marinade for 1 minute, add vegetables, and fry for a further 3 minutes, stirring continuously.

  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
