Instructions:

Mix 1 tbsp oil, soy sauce, wine, honey, ginger, garlic, chilli, and sugar. Marinate beef in the fridge for 10-60 mins.

Heat remaining oil in a wok or frying pan. Fry beef and marinade for 1 minute, add vegetables, and fry for a further 3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
